The CRS is a Chapter of the American College of Radiology.  The CRS is open to radiologists, radiation oncologists, and physicists practicing in the State of California. 

The categories of membership are as follows:
Regular  $300.00 Annual Dues
Physicist  $50.00 Annual Dues - Doctors with a Ph.D.
Residents  No Charge for Two Years or Once Licensed (which ever comes first)

All CRS members are also members of the ACR and their local component society  (i.e., Los Angeles County Radiological Society, San Francisco Bay Radiological Society) if applicable.

CRS membership dues renewals are mailed to all the members every December.

Step 1: Complete an ACR/ACR Chapter Application (see links below) 

Chapter membership is optional for international members, full-time U.S. Public Health Service employees and full-time military employees.

Step 2: Pay your chapter and ACR dues. 

You can make one check payable to the ACRa and submit it with your application.  If you wish to pay by MasterCard, Visa, or American Express and/or to receive a discount, you may call (800) 347-7748, Monday through Friday, between 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern Time, or e-mail

National dues discounts (50%) are available to those full-time members in the U.S. military, VA employees, USPHS employees and those who practice in Canada. Please provide a military, VA, USPHS, or Canadian business address in order to receive this discount.
